Having a mom with type 1 diabetes, low blood sugar episodes have always scared me. I've watched her lose energy in an instant, heard the piercing beep of her CGM, watched her quickly eat sugar, whether she wanted to or not.
But, even after eating “fast-acting” glucose, the 15+ minute waiting period while a loved one is feeling dazed and waiting for the sugar to kick in feels far from fast. Not to mention this delay often leads to overtreatment, rebound highs, and a constant cycle of ups and downs.
I’ve felt the fear, the frustration, the helplessness and I just wanted to help. I knew there had to be a better way.
What started as a search for a faster, simpler, safer way to respond to lows became a prototype, that prototype became a mission, and that mission became Rally Higher.

Because Rally uses oral transmucosal absorption (absorbs through the membranes in the mouth), it may begin raising blood sugar levels faster than options that require digestion. Individual response times may vary.

Do I need to chew or use water with Rally Glucose Melts?
No. Each melt is designed to fully dissolve in saliva—no chewing or water required.

How many should I take during a low?
Each melt contains 3g of glucose. You can take 1 to 5 melts to reach the commonly recommended 15g. However, always follow your healthcare provider’s advice for treating low blood sugar.
